Tickets.

At the 2009 AGM, it was announced that, to stem the losses on our accounts, we would have to raise subscription costs to £45 for a season ticket and to £15 for a single ticket, but, to ease the burden on our members, it was decided to introduce the increase in two stages, first to £42 and £14 for the 2009/10 season.

We are now delighted to report that last season was so successful with more tickets sold and more generous donations, that, at this year's AGM, we were able to announce that for the coming season, we would be able to hold all prices at last year's levels.

Season ticket
The purchase of a season ticket entitles you to membership of the Society. This Member's Card, which is transferable, costs £42 (Full time students and ES40s: £18) and entitles the holder to a seat at each of the five concerts during the season. Please note that the tickets are not numbered and that entry to concerts cannot always be guaranteed to members who arrive after 7.35 pm. Tickets for the seats remaining vacant at that time will be sold to non-members.

Note that a  season ticket gives you five concerts for the price of three single tickets.

Single ticket
£14 each (Full time students, ES40s: £6).

Availability
Season Tickets can be obtained from the Treasurer by downloading this form (in 'pdf' format), completing it and posting to us. Single tickets may be purchased at the door on the night or in advance in person from LewesTravel, 1 Station Street, Lewes.

Donations
By adding to your subscription, you will be helping the Society to maintain the high standard of artists engaged for our concerts. The application form gives details of how to do this.

Recordings
We ask artists to provide CDs, where available, and these are then on sale, usually at discounted prices, in the foyer during the interval and immediately after the concert.

Refreshments
Wine (£2) and soft drinks (50p) and programme with notes (£1) are available to purchase at the event.
